David: Hi, Laura.
Laura: Hi, David. Sorry I’m late. I don’t know this café. Do you?
David: No, I don’t. I think it’s new. Look, here’s the waiter. Let’s order our lunch.
Waiter: Hi, there. What can I get you?
David: Can I have a pizza, please?
Waiter: Sure. Do you want extra cheese or meat with that?
David: Cheese, please, but no meat.
Waiter: OK, that’s fine. And what about you? We have some good sandwiches today –
cheese or chicken?
Laura: Sounds good. Can I have a chicken sandwich, please?
Waiter: OK. Do you want that hot or cold?
Laura: Mmm … Hot, please.
Waiter: And what about drinks?
Laura: What have you got?
Waiter: Well, there’s lemonade, water or juice.
Laura: Have you got any milk?
Waiter: Yes, we have.
Laura: Can I have that, please. What about you, David?
David: Yes, milk, please.
Waiter: No problem.
