2023 Summer Camp Culminating Script
Ms. Barbara Jane T. Isidoro, the Student Affairs Coordinator of BED, has the responsibility of introducing the guest speaker at the 2023 Summer Camp Culminating Activities, providing the bionote of the guest speaker .
The key components of the concluding activities include the giving of certificates by Ms. Raquel B. Legaspi , a thank-you message , and the singing of the FEU Hymn . These elements provide formal recognition of achievement, express gratitude, and promote unity, hence contributing to a comprehensive and ceremonial closure.
The program integrates elements of national and institutional identity through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the FEU Hymn . These elements foster a sense of belonging and pride among participants, enhancing the ceremonial aspect and strengthening community ties to both the nation and the institution.
Assigning roles to individuals from diverse departments, such as Ms. Raquel B. Legaspi of JHS and Mr. Jomar Redubla, newly appointed BED director , ensures that diverse perspectives and skills are leveraged, enriching the program's execution. This strategic role distribution enhances collaboration cross-departmentally, fostering a comprehensive institutional representation.
The program includes expressions of gratitude through messages delivered by high-achieving students like Elijah Rafael C. Alvaran and Phoebe Lorraine E. De Vera, expressing their thanks to parents and faculty . This reinforces community bonds and acknowledges the support system's role in students' achievements, a critical component in fostering a positive event culture.
Including student performances such as the 'Baking for kinds; Create Tams' and 'VarsiTams' showcases the skills and talents developed during the camp, meeting the event's objective to highlight and celebrate these achievements, thus adding a dynamic and engaging element that reinforces the educational impact .
Student recognition through awards and performances serves not only to motivate and celebrate individual accomplishments, as seen when FEU students receive certificates , but also to inspire peers, affirm institutional values, and create a culture of achievement. It validates the educational efforts of both students and facilitators, enhancing the program's inspirational and cultural relevance.
The Pledge of Loyalty, led by Janelle Lucille L. Urgel , symbolizes commitment to the institution's values and unites students under a common ethos. Its inclusion fosters a sense of accountability and affiliation, encouraging students to uphold the standards and traditions of their educational institution, thus impacting their sense of belonging and responsibility.
Coordination and delegation are pivotal as they ensure the smooth execution of the program by allocating specific roles to various coordinators, like Ms. Raquel B. Legaspi and Ms. Lorivi H. Sarvida . This approach allows for efficient management of activities and minimizes disruptions, ultimately affecting the event's success positively.
The event ensures the involvement of academic coordinators by assigning them specific roles: Ms. Raquel B. Legaspi leads the opening prayer and awards certificates , while Ms. Lorivi H. Sarvida delivers the opening remarks . Such roles highlight their contribution to the ceremony's structure.
