Good Afternoon…And Welcome to all!

I, Clara Miriam Antony of Class X, your host for the day, take this opportunity
to welcome the galaxy of Distinguished guests, Our Manager Reverend Dr.
Grimbald Lanthaparambil, our beloved Principal Dr. Sheena George ma’am,
Vice Principal Maria Jessy ma’am, First Assistant Jebeen ma’am, Our loving
Class teacher Mary Sherita Ma’am, respectable teachers and my dear friends
to this wonderful Farewell get-together 2022-2023.

It is the mark of our undying tradition to invoke the almighty at the beginning
of an important event. Like a great philosopher once said “The function of
prayer is not to influence God, but rather to change the nature of the one who
prays”.

I would like to call my classmates for the prayer song.

Thank you friends we all feel blessed indeed!

Now moving forward, I would like to invite Aditya G for the welcome speech.

Our Manager, Reverend Dr. Grimbald Lanthaparambil, is a visionary who has


been striving constantly to take our school to new heights, and his efforts have
been yielding wonderful results. I would like to invite father to deliver the
inaugural address.

Thank you, father for your extremely inspiring and motivating words.
Every huge establishment needs a strong pillar to support it. We Paulians are
lucky to have our Principal Dr. Sheena George ma’am to support and uphold
our institution. We will all be grateful throughout our life for the love and
guidance you have rendered us.
Ma’am, please speak a few words to this gathering!

Thank you, ma’am for your kind words. Your words were inspiring as always!

I would now like to invite our loving class teacher, Mary Sherita Ma’am to
share her experience with us. May I take this moment, to mention about the
limitless efforts she has taken for our betterment! Dear miss, we pray for your
blessings and prayers throughout our life!

Thank you for your loving and kind words miss! We will be grateful to you
forever.

As a wise man once said “A good teacher is like a candle – it consumes itself to
light the way for others.” We are now going to greet our teachers who have
been our second mothers in this Paulian home to get their blessings. Friends,
let us line up to greet our teachers. Teachers may remain in their respective
places.

Next in the order events, I would like to invite my classmates to share their
experience in this eventful journey. These memories are going to remain with
us throughout our life.

Now we are going to present a Gift as a Token of Love.

1. Our Manager Father Reverend Dr. Grimbald Lanthaparambil is a true


visionary with a dynamic personality. I invite Aditya G, to present the token of
love to Father
2. Our Principal Dr. Sheena George Ma’am is a person who encourages us to
find joy in creative expression and knowledge. I invite Althea Biju, to present
the token of love to Ma’am.

3. The knowledge a teacher gives is like the endless immensity of the sea that
never run dry. I invite Shaldrin to present the token of love to Jessy Miss.

4. The best teacher are those who show you where to look but don’t tell you
what to see. I invite Denilson to present the token of love to Jabeen Miss.

5. A teacher that help students find important things they’ve lost every day,
sometimes it is a paper, pen or book….other times it is courage, confidence or
a smile. I invite Eljos to present the token of love to Mary Sherita Miss.

6. A good teacher is like a good entertainer, first she holds her audience’s
attention then she teaches her lesson. I invite Ephrin to present the token of
love to Celine Miss.

7. Behind every fearless player is a fearless coach who refused to let them be
anything but the best they can be. I invite Afthab to present the token of love
to Seena Miss.

8. A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of
learning. I invite Aathul to present the token of love to Manju Shine Miss.

9. A great teacher empathize with kids, respect them, and believe that each
one has something special that can be build upon. I invite Janvi to present the
token of love to Mrudhula Miss.

10. A good teacher isn’t someone who gives the answers out to their kids but
is understanding of needs and challenges and gives tools to help their kids
succeed. I invite Sreya to present the token of love to Ancy Miss.
11. A teacher who is indeed wise that does not bid you to enter the house of
her wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind. I invite Arjun
to present the token of love to Lijeena Miss.

12. A teacher that plants the seed of knowledge sprinkles them with love and
patiently nurtures their growth. I invite Nihal to present the token of love to
Jency Miss.

13. A good teacher is like the rising sun that comes to fill the empty and dark
minds with the light of education. I invite Ann Mary to present the token of
love to Jaysree Miss.

14. A teacher that is a master of simplification and an enemy to simplism. I


invite Muhsin to present the token of love to Seemol Miss.

15. A teacher that encourage minds to think, hands to create and hearts to
love. I invite Antony to present the token of love to Mary Jency Miss.

16. Librarians have always been among the most thoughtful and helpful
people, they are teachers without a classroom. I invite Angela to present the
token of love to Suremya Miss.

Gratitude is not just words, it is an emotion. As we are about to conclude the


formal event, I would like to invite my classmate Althea Biju to deliver the
Vote of Thanks.

Thank you, Althea.

It is now time to get on the dance floors and show some swag. We have a list of
dance numbers and various entertainment events compiled.
So, what are we waiting for? It’s our day, so let’s make the most of it.
