Good evening teacher and classmates. My name is Diana Diaz and my


classmates are Susan Centurion and Ximena Huaman. Today we are going to
present our project Unit 4 of basic 6.
‘’MY VACATION IN RIO DE JANEIRO’’

SUSAN:

Rio de Janeiro is located in Brazil. Pronunciation: (Rio de Yanerow)

The weather is sunny all year.

Summer in Rio is from December to March, the summer is very hot,

the temperature reaches 38º C (Degrees Celsius).

In April and May, it sometimes very windy, but the weather is usually very
good.

Diana:
When is the best weather for travel to Rio de Janeiro?

From June to November the weather is warm and beautiful. It is the best
weather in Rio de Janeiro.

You can visit many tourist places. For example:

1.- Pan de Azúcar


2.- Cristo Redentor
3.- Maracána Estadium
4.- Escalera de Selaron
5.- Botanical Garden

and You can visit many beautiful beaches.

Diana:
Which is the best beach in Rio de Janeiro?

I Think the best beach is Barra da Tijuca, because isn`t crowded, has clean
water and white sand, so you can go with your friends, is a beautiful beach.
DIANA:

The first thing you should do is buy a plane ticket and pack your suitcase with summer clothes,
for example, a T-shirt, shorts, and sandals, do not forget your sunscreen.

Susan :
On vacation, do you take a lot of photos? Or don't you like taking photos?

yes I do, I love taking pictures of landscapes so much.

When you get to the hotel you have to check in and unpack. This coastal city has beautiful
mountains and lovely beaches. They’re great for: • hiking. • surfing. • swimming. And relaxing.

Susan :
What activity do you recommend doing if I go to the beach?

. If you like to swimming. you can swimming at Ipanema beach or Copacabana beach,
but you can also camp with your friends or with your family.

XIMENA:
If you want to continue enjoying the night, here are some recommendations to make the most
of the evening.

The nightlife in Rio de Janeiro is incredible and recommendable for its visitors, since each of its
neighborhoods has its own style that characterizes it.

DIANA:

Which neighborhood would you recommend to spend an incredible night?

The favorite neighborhood to have a good time is Lapa, where you can find a great variety of
bars, live Brazilian music shows and great nightclubs to spend the night.

SUSAN:

And What are the best nightclubs or bars?

Among the bars and nightclubs in Lapa, places like Rio Scenarium, Circo Voador and Fundição
stand out, making the neighborhood a unique place to enjoy the night.
