Goldensign Equipment Co., Ltd. It will introduce the operation process of Goldensign
series digital CNC Router by chapters, aiming to direct users how to operate and keep
daily maintenance of machines. However, it cannot replace Goldensign to guide users

* Please read this notice carefully before operating the machine! *
Attention items：
Well-grounded power is a must. You’d better keep the CNC
Router and PC well-grounded.
Use relatively stable power, excellent air switch or breaker, and
foam or CO2 based fire extinguisher in workshop.
Please open the ventilation equipment before starting the machine
and keep good ventilation inside of the workshop.
Do not watch closely or put hands on the working platform during
Engraving.
Do not place any goods on working platform, rail, synchronic belt
etc.
The untrained cannot operate the machine.
Do not uninstall the electric parts when the machine is on power.
When starting or turning off the machine, please strictly abide by
“Operation Manual”.
Keep the machine cleaning everyday.

Quick Operation Guide
Step 1: Install the Cooling System.
1, Please refer to the media under manual/[Link] in the CD to install
the cooling system.
2,The cooling system is ok if the water steam out from the other tube
when the pump is working.
3,Please keep the pump is working when the CNC router is operated.
Step 2: **Please keep the CNC router (from the control box) and
computer well-grounded **
Step 3: Install "ncstudio" control software.
1, Double click the setup under the "ncstudio" folder.
2, Please choose the destination folder which you'll install the ncstudio.
such as c:\program files\weihong\ncstudio v5.4.34.
3, Please restart the computer after installation.
4, Copy all of the files under "ncpath" folder to your destination folder,
such as c:\program files\weihong\ncstudio v5.4.34 and overwrite these files.

Step 4: Install "wentai" drawing software (Artgrave engrave3D).
Tip: The driver of USB Key locates in the usbsetup folder in the CD.
Step 5: Fix the "control card" and connect the "CNC Router" and
Step 6: Start the computer. The driver of Control card will be
installed automatically. Then set the ncstudio's parameters.
Then mill,engraving, splitting them through "ncstudio" control
software.
1,Run wentai software/Ucancam
2,Create a new file.

3, Please click “Toolpath /Area Clearance”to make the toolpath. The
result is as belows.

4, Please click “Tools library” to define your knife (blade).(It’s
very important. You have to define different tools (knife) according to
different material and different pictures. Then please must click “ok”
button.
⌦ If there is no bit model in the Library,please add the new bit to the bit
library ,then click "ok"and click "add".

5, Computer work out the tool Path. Click Toolpah/ Toolpah Output to
save this path as .nc file. Then you may load this .nc file in ncstudio
to engrave it.

6, If you want to change the path,Please kilck the tool path and
delete .
