C. Supply
Suppliers have a hugely important role at every stage of the product lifecycle.
From sourcing raw materials to helping ramp up production and finding better options
for raw materials as the market starts becoming saturated, companies need to work
closely with their suppliers to get the best out of their products. They source raw
materials to expedite production and find better quality raw materials in a saturated
market. Every company needs to have a solid relationship with its supplier in order to
create the best products. Suppliers provide the transportation of those materials.
Without a solid relationship with its suppliers, a company cannot offer its own

are meeting any agreed-upon deadlines and delivering the quality of materials and
ensure that timely payments are made, with any disputes or disagreements handled

The location of the business will be easily accessible to the target market.
Location is important because it can affect the growth of the business. If the business
is located appropriately to where the target market is, customers will come rushing to
E. Product Range
The focus of the business is mainly Carioca, but it will be bland if the product
will be just plain Carioca, therefore, the company thought of adding flavor to it. One
flavor will not be enough because some customers may intend on not wanting the
flavor or they can easily get tired of it for The Filled Carioca is not offering a wide
selection of flavors. Therefore, The Filled Carioca come up with a decision to offer
various fillings, so the customers will have a lot of choices to choose from and to try
on.

F.1. Demand
When it comes to the Demand, factors that could affect it are, Taste and
Preferences, Price and Changes in the Prices, Population Growth, and Availability of
Substitutes.
Taste and Preferences has a direct impact on the demand of consumer goods.
The taste of the company’s product should meet the consumer’s preferences.
Price and changes in the prices is also another factor that could affect the
market because If the consumers cannot afford the product, the demand of the
product will decrease. So, the cost of the product should meet the consumer’s
budget, the company should unbundle the products, make changes to the product
increase the production of the products to ensure sufficient supply to the market.
When the population grows, the demand will increase, so the company should make
more supplies to be able to supply sufficiently and avoid the unavailability of goods.
The company should have substitutes ready like substitute raw materials,
substitute products like banana cue and other sweet kakanin snacks. That is
important especially when there's a shortage with the supply of raw materials and
when the productivity of the workers or the manpower decreases. With the help of
this, the products would just be enough for the demand and vice versa.
F.2. Supply
When it comes to Supplies, factors that could affect it are, Shortage of Raw
the problem, the company should always make sure that there are enough stocks
incidents such as inflation. To avoid too expensive raw materials, the company
should purchase raw materials from the direct owner or direct producer of the raw
materials.
Productivity of workers may affect the production of supply as the workers are
the one who make the products. If they are lazy and not motivated to work for the
company, then the company cannot supply enough products to the market. When
that happens, the company should motivate their team and make sure that the
F.3. Price
When it comes to the Price, the factors that could affect it are, Production
Production costs affect the price of the products of the business such as the
raw materials, equipment, rent, and other supplies that are needed for the business
and to produce carioca. The company will depend on the expenses and to the
supplies needed to produce the product which where the price is based on. If
encountered, the company should act such as if the expenses are high, the price of
This is what happens when the shortage comes. It's either a shortage of raw
materials, supplies, or the product itself. And it is also sometimes a result of not
having enough workers. With that, there will be problems with the production, which
may decrease the number of products available. Due to those circumstances, the
company should increase the price of the products and add staff.
When competitors are encountered, the business will be affected. To solve the
problem, the company should match the price of the competitor to maximize the
