Subject: Application for Concession on school fee required for 3 Children

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect, my name is Shahnawaz & i have heard about your school reputation & education
standards & for the bright future of my children I have decided to take admission of my 3 children in
your school.

On inquiry I have been informed that the school fee of 1 child in your school is Rs. 4,200. That’s much
higher than expected. I am doing private job in a Company & not having too much monthly income to
pay Rs.4,200/month for each child. In previous school I was paid Rs. 1,100 per month for each child
therefore there is much difference in fees for 3 children.

It is requested to you, kindly grant me concession on school fee for my children. I can pay Rs. 2,000
monthlies for each child maximum after shrinking the expenses & monthly budget.

Please consider my request I shall be very thankful to you as your decision will decide the future of my
children.
