Ash Handling System and spares

We, through years of active involvement, working experience with various
types of pneumatic ash handling systems, troubleshooting of various
makes of similar products and extensive R&D, have perfected the proven
dense phase pneumatic conveying technology for bulk material handling.
This includes coal, ash, cement, sand, minerals, chemicals, rejects, many
other bulk materials and granulates through the standard pipeline using
small virtually maintenance-free equipment.

The dense phase pneumatic conveying comprises MS fabricated ash vessel

/ cast iron ash vessel, Spool piece, rotary airlock valve, Dome valve
(consist of dome-shaped head, Silicon & neoprene dome seal, top plate,
insert ring, spigot ring, shaft, bush, torque arm, cylinder, limit switch,
Expansion bellow, Knife gate valve, Fluidizing pad, ow pad, Hoses, NRV,
Blow valve, poppet valve, Alloy CI bend, basalt bend, Terminal end box,
Silo pressure release valve, Ash conditioner, etc. The physical properties of
the product as well as conveying capacity and function inuence the design
of the plant. We pay special attention to the economic interpretation of the
components and the entire conveying system. ASH HANDLING SYSTEM

Dome Valve
The inlet valve for the conveying vessel is heavy-duty for the sole
purpose of providing long life and reliability when handling hot and
abrasive materials. The inlet valve has a unique inatable rubber seal to
ensure complete leakproof once the vessel is pressurized and it is so
placed that it does not come in the material ow line. The spherical dome
head rotates 90 to pass through a static or moving column of abrasive
ash to the closed position where an inatable seal is pressurized to entrap
particles.

Coal Handling System
The initial process in the coal-based thermal power plant is coal handling. The function of the coal
handling system in the thermal power plant is to receive the coal by rail or by road, process the coal at
the crusher house, store it in the yard, and feed the coal bunkers consistently over the entire life of the
power plant.
We are capable of supplying the CHP up to the capacity of 100 TPH. We also supply the equipment for
coal handling plants such as Belt conveyor system, Suspended magnet, Inline magnetic separator
(ILMS), Flap gate, Rack and pinion gate, Crusher, Belt feeder/ RBF, Dust Extraction (DE) system,
Ventilation system, Dry Fog Dust Suppression (DFDS) system, Vacuum system for collection coal
spillage at wagon tippler, all types of crusher and its spares etc.

A dust collector is a vital part of any industrial operation and has
been an important part of an industrial process for years. There
are different types of industrial set up hence it is important to

Screw Conveyor
A Screw Conveyor is a Bulk Material Handling device capable of
handling a great variety of materials that have good owability.
Advantageous of the Screw Conveyor is the number of feed inlets
& discharge openings that can be provided for. This allows the
screw conveyor to receive and distribute the material for in-plant
storage to a number of locations. Used in chemical plants; grain
storage, feed mill etc. Conveyors are made in any cycle up to 30°,
material of construction MS/SS/ Brass. Screw feeders are used
for charging the material at a constant rate.

Air Slides/ Fluidized conveying system

An Air Slide conveyer uses the forces of gravity to do most of the work
without any moving parts. Material is uidised through a porous
media with low-pressure air. Material ow is achieved by sloping the
air slide conveyor to match the uidised angle of repose of the
powdered material. These enclosed uidized conveying systems are
dust-free, low wear and low maintenance, yet highly efcient. They
can be used across the plant, in applications such as conveying bulk
material from silos to vehicle or ship-loading facilities, receiving
material from bucket elevators for further distribution to silo
chambers.

like safety valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, pressure switch and

air receiver tanks not only serve as temporary storage, but they also
allow your system to perform more efciently.

Telescopic Chute

Single/ Double/ Multi-deck Vibrating screen and Feeder

Vibrating screening machine is designed for the use in sizing of minerals, ceramics, refractories and other
powders. Single and double deck vibrating screening machines are designed for screening of powders.
These machines are simple and robust in construction.. Screen sizes are available of 1500 x 600mm,
