Dear Ma’am Rodriguez:

Good day. I hope this letter finds you well.

The new academic year has yet to begin. With this, I am writing to convey my keen
interest in requesting that my status be considered for reclassification and that I be
granted faculty status, as well as to apply for a part-time teaching position in the Basic
Education Department – Night High School Program while serving as Promotions and
Marketing Officer of this university, as endorsed by our former University President, Sr.
Lourdes A. Albis, DC.

I am trusting that this course of action will be of great help to me as Promotions and
Marketing Officer considering that it will provide me with extensive exposure to the
department, which will undoubtedly help me to generate strategic moves to intensify the
promotions and marketing of the BED.

Further, I strongly believe that this will be a great add-on to the department given that I
have already earned my license on March 29, 2023 and have already earned 27 units
for my Master of Arts in Education – English degree and am currently enrolled in Thesis
Seminar and, eventually, Thesis Writing this upcoming semester. Also, my exposure to
the current post will be a good input to the various communication subjects, as well.

To support your consideration, please find an updated résumé and copy of my PRC
license attached. Once I get the opportunity to visit my school, I will simply follow up
with a copy of my grades in my earned units.
