Frame type scaffold-LTMS-(Cuplock system)

Cuplock modular system is a multi purpose system, which features the connection which allows up to 4 horizontal
members to be connected to vertical member in one single clamping action without using of nuts, bolts or wedges.
The locking device, formed by two cups, makes the Cuplock very fast, easy and versatile scaffolding system.

With Spigot One of the key strengths of the LTMS simplicity of
the component range. Basic horizontal and With out Spigot
vertical from the core of all structures. However
with the addition on of a small number of special
components, complex scaffolds can be
constructed which safety adders awkward access
requirements

ACCESS STANDARDS ( Verticals)

Made from 48.3 diameter x 3.2mm thick 50C high
grade steel tube. All standard incorporate lower
fixed cups at 0.50m intervals with captive rotating
top-cup securing up to 4 components. The lowest
bottom cup is 80mm from the base of the
standard to given the scaffold improved structural
strength and reduce the need for base bracing in
support structures. Access standard incorporate
a 150mm spigot at the top to allow the vertical
connection of further standard. Provision for a
locking pin is also provided.(LTMS Support
Standards do not have this spigot - allowing the
insertion of jack with various support
components).
