1. All electrical works shall be done in accordance with the provisions
of the latest Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), with the rules and
regulation of the local enforcing authorities and the requirements of
local power company
2. Power service to be supplied shall be 230V, 1phase, 2-wire, 60Hz.
3. All conductors shall be copper, type THHN, 90°C, 600V insulation,

HOUSE 6. Mounting heights shall be as follows:

a. Light control switch - 1.20m above floor at center
b. Convenience outlet - 0.30m above floor at center
c. Special purpose outlet - as required by equipment served.
d. Panelboard & MTS - 1.80m above floor at highest protective
device unless otherwise require by field condition.
7. All materials shall be new and of approved type in accordance with
the drawings and specifications for the location intended.
8. All 20 ampere circuit homeruns to panelboard , more than 30.5m in
length shall be 5.5mm2.
9. All electrical Works herein shall be done under the direct
supervision of a duly licensed Registered Electrical Engineer or
Registered Master Electrician.
