2.1 Product Introduction
The RH-ARD13 series device is a power supply device designed to provide emergency and safe rescue
for elevators that are trapped in elevators and cause trapped elevators. When the elevator is in normal
operation, the equipment is in the state of detecting standby. When a power outage occurs, the equipment
will be automatically put into rescue work and the power required by the elevator will be output. The
elevator control system will be used to slow the elevator car to the nearest landing stop and open. Car doors
and hall doors allow trapped passengers to leave the elevator quickly and safely.
2.2 Product Features
※Electrical interlocks are more reliable
After the equipment is put into operation, the equipment is in the state of being on standby when the
elevator is in normal power supply; when the elevator is out of power, the equipment will be automatically
put into rescue work and the elevator control system will be switched to emergency rescue status; in the
rescue process, if the utility power returns to normal The device will automatically switch the elevator to the
mains working status.
※System automatic standby
After the rescue operation is completed, the system gives an instruction and the device automatically
returns to the standby state.
※Safe and accurate
In the emergency rescue, the elevator runs in a slow mode; the emergency speed of the elevator is
controlled by the elevator control system, which is stable, safe, comfortable, reliable and accurate. The
wiring position of the product is all inside the device and it is safer to use.
※easy to use
Less wiring and easy commissioning. Just connect the power line and signal line.
※Impact resistance
The equipment uses the power frequency inverter mode, which has high reliability and strong load capacity,
and can effectively suppress the start-up current of the inverter.
2.3 Scope of application

Chapter5 Action flow description
1. When the utility power is normal:
The mains input is input to the device via terminal blocks R, S and T. The terminal blocks U, V and W are output to the elevator.
All the switches inside and outside the device are turned on. The device starts to be in the mains detection state. The CQD4S
indicator light indicates red charging. Yellow indicates full, DZ and D13 on the CZB are always on, D6 keeps blinking, the
contactor KY3 pulls in, the JXZB goes on, the control board works normally, and the device detects the mains;
2. When mains power is off:
When the power is cut off, the contactor KY3 is turned off, K4B is on D4, D14, and D18 are always on, D6 is blinking
continuously, D13 is off, waiting for about 10 seconds to work; when the device is working, D10 on CZB is on first, and the
device is working on ZHJ1. After about 5 seconds, D8 lights up on CZB, and the ZHJ2 and DY are working at the same time. The
device outputs the start signal from connectors 1 and 2 of the KKA, 5 and 6 are stop signals.U , W(can be made according to site
requirements) output AC380V voltage, the indicator lights on the ZHJ1, ZHJ2 and DY will work.
When the device action is completed, D8 on CZB goes off first, ZHJ2 and DY stop working, the start signal and the phase
sequence shorted signal are disconnected, and the device stops output. After about 5 seconds, D10 goes off on CZB, ZHJ1 stops
working, and the device exits. Waiting for an incoming call.
