M : my name is Miko, I’m the General Manager of this PT Golden Dawn, now we can start with your
introduction
A : my name is Arif Sukroni, i’m 38 years old. i live in Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang. I’m married,
and my hobbies are football and vollyball
M : how long have you been married?
A : I’ve been married for 10 years
M : do you have children?
A : yes I have 2 child. The oldest is a girl and the younger is a boy
M : oh that’s wonderful, ho old are they?
A : 9 and 7 years old
M : what posisition you want to apply Mr. Syukroni?
A : I would like to apply for HR Manager
M : where did you see this job vacancy advertisment?
A : i saw it in Instagram posting of PT. Golden Dawn.
M : alright, what is your last job experince?
A : my last job is as a human resources staff at PDAM Salatiga
M : tell me your responsibility in your last job
A : I responsible for employee or staff employment such as legal document, requirment document
from emploee, time card and employee attendant, and some yearly report departement of
employment Salatiga ask.
M : how long have you been working in PDAM Salatiga?
A : I have been work 14 years in PDAM
M : do you undrestand the duty and responsibility of HR Manager Mr. Sukroni?
A : yes sir, I understand
M : So you understand that there’s a lot work and responsibility to incharge of HR departement?
A : yes sir, I completely understand
M : good, assuming that you get the job, are you ready to working hard and take care all the work?
You might have to take over time and go home late, especially if there is a problem.
A : absolutely sir, I’m a hard worker and dedicate person. I take my responsibility and duty
professionally. And I know I can do this job, all I need is a chance.
M : I like that attitude. If you get the job there would be 3 months trial with only basic salary and if
you passed, you will get to sign the contract as full employee and get all the benefit. How is that
sound?

A : not at the moment sir.

V : good afternoon mam.
Y : my name is Yuan, I am the Manager of this departement. As you know there is a open vacancy in
this departement and I need to find someone to fill up fast. what’s your name?
V : my name is Verzin Carcella mam.
Y : okay miss verzin, tell me about your self
V : my name is verzin Garcella and I’m from Salatiga. I live in Pengilon, Salatiga. I’m 21 years old and
not married yet.
Y : what’s job experience you have?
V : my last job is as a staff of PPIC in PT SCI in Salatiga for two years.
Y : what company is that?
V : it’s a shoes production company mam.
Y : oh good. Why do you quit your job there?
V : because I want to find job with better salary and to work at bigger company to improve my skill
and experience.
Y : why do you choose this company as your next job?
V : because this company is one of the big company in Jakarta, I believe I will have batter carrier
here.
Y : do you have any computer skill?
V : yes mam, I can operate Ms. Office and inventory apps.
Y : uhum.., what is your strenghts and weaknesses?
V : hmmm.. I think my strenght is that I work organized and i work well as an individual or in a team.
As for my weakness sometimes when I got pressure from work I feel less motivate.
Y : okay, noted. How much salary that you expected?
V : I hope can get more then my previous job, and looking at what I capable of I think 5 millions a
month is reasonable.
