Interspersed speeches contribute significantly to the event's atmosphere by providing variety and a break from performances, which can refresh and re-engage the audience. Additionally, they offer a platform for presenting messages that resonate with the event's theme, enhancing the cultural and educational value of the occasion . This structure helps maintain audience interest and ensures a balanced flow of events.

Event organizers face several challenges, including managing time efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions between performances, and handling technical issues . Coordinating multiple teams requires logistical precision and communication, especially regarding scheduling, equipment setup, and rehearsal management. Organizers must also cater to the differing needs of performers and ensure that the event maintains audience engagement throughout.

Audience engagement can significantly influence judging outcomes as it reflects the performers’ ability to connect and entertain. Performers who engage well tend to create a lively atmosphere, which may positively impact judges' perceptions and increase their appeal scores . This interaction can boost performer confidence, enhancing performance quality, and swaying evaluators to view technical proficiency more favorably.

Including both songs and speeches in performance structures enhances educational value by combining artistic expression with informative content . While songs engage creativity and cultural appreciation, speeches can offer insights and learning opportunities, reinforcing intellectual and emotional messages. This integrated approach can deeply influence audience understanding and appreciation of both art and culture.

Contestants can excel in voice quality by regular vocal training, including exercises to enhance tone, pitch control, and power. For pronunciation, focusing on clear articulation and practicing lyrics thoroughly can help . Additionally, listening to recordings, rehearsing with vocal coaches, and seeking feedback from experienced singers are effective strategies to refine these skills.

A dual list of judging criteria that includes both showmanship and technical skills is highly effective, as it encourages contestants to develop a well-rounded performance. Participants are motivated to focus on technical excellence while also enhancing their stage presence and audience interaction .
