Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course Overview
This Black Belt training course is which builds upon knowledge
divided into two modules. The first acquired at the Yellow Belt level and
module will teach Lean Six Sigma introduces the Define, Measure,
Yellow Belt, which outlines the main Analyze, Improve and Control
components of Lean Six Sigma. The (DMAIC) model. The second module
first module will also cover the will focus on the Black Belt itself.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt,
Ultimately, the Black Belt provides delegates with everything they need to
establish themselves as Lean Six Sigma experts. Delegates will be introduced
