student is also a bundle of possibilities. How should you
look at them in terms of development? Write down your reflections. There's no wrong
answer, remember.

I believe that I’m still on the process of development. Everyday I face a lot of challenges
and from that challenges, I am learning. As I grow, I’m still identifying what my strengths
and fears are because I know I have a lot of that. Also, I’m still learning how to overcome
my fears because I believe that my fears can prevent me from growing and progressing. I’m
still building my self- confidence, I’m still learning how to take risks, and how to solve my
own problem. I believe that this process of my development is long way to go.

As for my future students, I will look at them in terms of development as an individual

who still finding themselves, learning new things. I will look at them as an individual who’s
finding their own and right path, I know that my future students have a different
personality and some of them might be develop slower than the other students because I
know that the development of some children is not similar to the others. As their teacher, I
will guide them for every step that they will take and I will teach them as long as I can, until
they learn and discover new things.
