Introduction
The Project and Service Management Training aims to provide a good understanding of this particular
module in the Openbravo Business Suite, which is available with Openbravo Professional Subscription.
This self study course can be started straight away!
Audience
Aimed at consultants, potential and current partners and advanced users, this course requires the
student to already be familiar with the basic functionality of the core Openbravo Business Suite. If you want
to learn or evaluate the functionality of Project & Service Management module available with
Openbravo Professional Subscription, this is the course for you!

Using the Openbravo wiki User Guide as the source of information for the theory, the following content is

● No technical information about the Project and Service Management module is included in this
training.
Formats
Online Elearning Format
The format of the Project and Service Management training is comparable with the other online training
courses that we offer. Here is an overview of the elearning format delivered to the student:
● the training can be enrolled to at any time and started straight away
● course access is granted through an online elearning platform with access to documentation and a
quiz
● the format is self study without live lectures
● between 2 and 3 hours of study is estimated to be required by the student
● the login to the course is sent within 24 hours after the payment has been received
● the course access is granted during one week
● support is offered through an integrated course forum monitored by Openbravo instructors.
● exercises should be executed in a local environment (preferably a virtual machine described in the
course's documentation). No Openbravo installation is provided by this course!
Requirements
Knowledge prerequisites
● Knowledge of the modules that interact with the Project and Service Management such as Master
Data Management, Procurement and Sales Management is helpful. When elements from these
modules are referred to in the Project and Service Management documentation, only the information
relevant to this functionality will be addressed and explained.
The exercises in the course need to be executed in a local virtual machine. Details of the required virtual
machine can be found in the Learning guide of the course.
Computer Requirements
● A compatible web browser. Due to the fact that the Openbravo Business Suite is a
rich-internet-application, the newest browsers with optimized Javascript engines are
recommended for the best user experience:
