FACTS OF THE CASE

On about 2:00 o'clock in the morning at Lot 11, Block 56, Brgy. Talipapa, Makati
City a killing incident happened. A victim is Jobellle Pontecilla Baldoza 40 years
old, construction worker, married and a resident of the said place was shot on the
head by the suspect Joshua Lucapa Pujante 35 years old, also construction
worker, single and a resident also of Brgy Talipapa. Witness is Carlo Joaquin
Katigbak, 50 years old, single and live in said place stated that killing happened
due to rivalry of a girl. He stated that the crime happened due to rivalry of the
suspect and the victim to a one girl. The suspect states that they're going home at
that time after the work of the victim and the suspect, during their ride there is
conflicts between them inside the car, exchanging of punches and bad words, the
witness stop them to avoid accident and when they arrived home, the last to
went outside is the suspect which the witness saw before having a thing inside his
bag which he holds and forcedly and quickly open the door and when he was
outside, he point his 45 calibre pistol to the head of the victim and shot it three
times makes the victim layed and quickly died, the Suspect throw his gun and run
away and I shout for help.
