Command Imposed jobs

WorkStation When you print an imposed job, you must manually set print options, such as Page Order
and Face-Down Printing.

For some jobs printed on heavy media weights (especially cover stock), set Page Order to
Reverse Face-Down Printing to Face Down. This helps prevent the media from jamming.

Printing a job with a Draft watermark

When a job has a Draft watermark and it is printed using Command WorkStation, the
watermark’s halftones may not be uniform.

Using Print Next to change the job’s printing order

When a job is waiting to be processed and is marked “yellow” in the Active Jobs queue of
Command WorkStation, its print order can be changed by using Print Next. Jobs that are
waiting to print or are marked “green” cannot be moved because they are already in the print
queue for the digital press.

WebTools Configure Network Services Setup

WebTools Configure > Network > Services displays Multicast Discovery but when a
Configuration Page is printed, it displays SLP.

Viewing scanned .TIFF files

Scanned jobs with the .TIFF file format cannot be opened with the default image previewer
on Mac OS X and Windows computers.

Digital press Custom page sizes on Bypass tray

When you print a job on a custom page size from Tray 5, the digital press expects a page size
for which the dimensions are transposed from those of the original. For example, if the
custom size is 9"x11", the digital press expects 11"x 9".
