Subhash Chandra has requested the principal of Birla Divya Jyoti school to issue a transfer certificate for his daughter Sakshi Chandra so that she can get admission to a new school in Manali. He informs that he has been transferred and needs to relocate his family to Manali by March 6th. He asks the principal to allow Sakshi to leave school after her exams and provide the transfer certificate. Subhash Chandra has also written to the in-charge of an LPG agency requesting to transfer his gas connection to Manali since he is relocating for his job transfer. He asks them to collect the empty cylinders and refund his security deposit so he can get a new connection

I, Subhash Chandra, got transferred from Siliguri to Manali with reporting date 13 March
2023. In order to join the new unit by 13 March 2023 I need to move by 1 st week of March
from Siliguri and hence I have planned to move on 6 March 2023 along with my family. My
daughter Sakshi Chandra, who is studying in your school in class VI B will also be moving
with me.

In view of the above facts, you are requested to grant permission to leave the school on 6 th
march after the examination and to issue TC for my daughter, so that she can get admission in
one of the schools at Manali on producing this TC. Thanking you in anticipation.

Dear Officer

I am having LPG connection from your agency bearing consumer no 7086072338 in the
name of Subhash Chandra. Now I have been transferred to Manali and hence I am unable to
continue with this LPG connection from your agency.
You are requested to collect two empty LPG Cylinder from me and refund my security
deposit (if any) to my SBI Account Name Subhash Chandra, Account No 31735539117,
IFSC SBIN0007148 and transfer my connection to one of the IOC LPG agencies located at
Manali as I will be moving to Manali by end of the March.

Sub : Request to register my vehicle under Bharat Series Number

Dear Sir,

1. I have purchased a new vehicle from Kiran Automobiles Pvt Ltd Patna thinking that I
will get it registered at RTO Patna under Bharat series but I was guided to get the
vehicle temporarily registered at RTO Patna and later get it permanently registered at
RTO Siliguri being my Duty location. Accordingly, I got my vehicle temporarily
registered at Patna with TR no T0223BR2197A dated 15-02-2023(attached).

2. When I reached Siliguri, I produced all the documents to DTO Siliguri for registering
my vehicle under Bharat Series but he denied stating that, once a vehicle got
registered under TR can’t be permanently registered under Bharat Series and said that
it can be done only after cancellation of TR from issuing office for registering under
Bharat Series and returned all the documents in original (all attached). He also told
that the vehicle can be registered under Bharat series at both the locations i.e., at Duty
Place of the person as well as Permanent Place of residence.

3. I view of the above facts you are request you to cancel TR of my vehicle and
permanently register it under Bharat series as my Permanent Place of residence is
Patna which is under your jurisdiction. Thanking you in anticipation.
