to undergo the work immersion in an industry that directly relates to the student’s post secondary
[Link] work immersion, the students are exposed and become familiar with work related
environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence.

In line with this program,we have tasked our students to visit different Municipal Offices that issue
important documents such as;Police Clearance, Mayors Permit, Business Permits Sanitary
Permits,Medical Certificates.

We would like to ask for your assistance and advise to orient the students on what important forms
or documents they need for when they are already actively seeking for job opportunities in the
future. Sample copies of the forms or certificates with details would also help them in the long run
as they’ll need to attach these in their portfolios to be presented before our panel fir their final
defense.
The students/learners will start their orientation in your good office on April 29,2023.
Your kindness support and approval regarding this matter is very much appreciated.

Thank you and God Bless.

Respectfully,

Francisco S. Bravo III

Each research project targets specific needs of different student groups based on their academic challenges, such as attendance issues, numeracy skills, and reading comprehension. By tailoring interventions, such as incentives for attendance or remedial lessons for math and reading, the school provides targeted support, ensuring interventions are relevant and effective for those individual needs.

The school adheres to strict ethical guidelines by ensuring confidentiality of the data collected from research participants. Each research proposal explicitly states that any findings will be kept confidential and used solely for academic purposes. Participants, including students and parents, are informed about these measures, seeking their consent and cooperation in the research process.

The school collaborates with local municipal offices to facilitate student orientations regarding necessary job-related documents, such as police and mayor's permits. This partnership aids students in preparing for their future careers by understanding official procedures and paperwork, thereby enhancing the practical relevance of their educational experiences. Such integration underscores the role of community support in enriching students' learning.

The research aims to increase understanding of social media literacy among Grade 10-Rizal students. By assessing students' levels of awareness and engagement with social media, the study intends to inform strategies that can mitigate adverse impacts while enhancing the productive and responsible use of social media platforms.

The work immersion program aims to expose students to industry environments relevant to their post-secondary goals, thereby enhancing their competence in their field of specialization. It provides practical experience and helps students become familiar with work-related environments, ultimately aiding them in their future job search by equipping them with pertinent skills and knowledge.

The 'TIC-TAC-TIC-TAC! Stop Killing Time' research intends to explore the relationship between effective time management practices and academic performance among students in the Grade 11-HUMSS Fire section. It hypothesizes that by improving time management skills, students can enhance their academic outcomes by utilizing their study time more efficiently and effectively, thus directly influencing their overall performance.

The 'Project Isip-Bata' research aims to improve numeracy skills among Grade 8-Pearl students who struggle with basic mathematical operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers. This intervention seeks to boost the students' confidence and competence in math, ultimately benefiting those who find these topics challenging.

The research studies follow a set schedule and use specific groups of students as participants. For instance, various studies utilize vacant periods or remedial time between 4:30-5:00 PM for conducting interventions and tests. Each study involves a planned start and end date, usually spanning from April 20 to May 5, 2023, and each requires administrative approval and coordination with section advisers.

The study will utilize a pre-test, followed by an intervention using short stories, and conclude with a post-test to evaluate improvements in students' reading comprehension. Conducted with Grade 8 Aquamarine students, it aims to assist those who can read but struggle with comprehension. The expected outcome is enhanced reading skills through the strategic use of engaging narrative texts.

The school plans to conduct a quantitative research study titled 'Attendance Mo, Sagot ko', which explores the use of incentive-based interventions to boost attendance among students, particularly those in Grade 11 TVL Cookery. The study will involve monitoring attendance from April 20 to May 5, 2023, and evaluating the impact of these incentives on student attendance rates.
