1. Reference: Police Blotter Entry no. 2023-089-21

2. On 9th day of May 2023 at about 7 o’clock in the evening at Lanna, Solana,
Cagayan, Mallillin Street an operation was conducted to seize Mark Doca
that was reportedly forcing minors to work. These minors are reportedly
being harassed by the accused and provide them money.

3. Initial investigation conducted that Mark Doca was said taking minors in
different places presenting good opportunities and other good things to
influence the minors to come with him. There were three minors rescued in
the said house named Adrian, Mark, and Bernard.

4. Continuous investigation and interview to the victims, neighbors, family and


friends to find other things that can help to solve this crime. The victims are
cooperative and willing to testify for themselves.

2. On 9th day of May 2023 at about 7 o’clock in the evening at Lanna, Solana,
Cagayan, Mallillin Street an operation was conducted to seize Mark Doca
resident of Lanna, Solana, Cagayan, 30 years old, and Single that was
reportedly forcing minors to work. These minors are reportedly being
harassed by the accused and provide them money.

3. According to the investigation conducted that Mark Doca was said taking
minors in different places presenting good opportunities like giving them
scholarships and providing them a good life like other young individual has
and other good things like giving them the things that they want to influence
the minors to come with him. There were three minors rescued in the said
house named Adrian 17 years old, resident of Centro, Solana Cagayan, Mark
15 years old, resident of Nangalisan, Solana, Cagayan, and Bernard 16 years
old, resident of Lingu, Solana, Cagayan.

4. Based on the investigation and interviews to the victims and neighbors that
the PNP conducted the accused harassing the victims if they cannot give him
enough money to buy his vices. The minors are being threatened all the time
and they cannot do anything that’s why they are working all day without
proper food.

5. Continuous investigation will be conducted to find more leads connected to


the case.

reportedly forcing minors to work. The minors are named Adrian 17 years
old, resident of Centro, Solana Cagayan, Mark 15 years old, resident of
Nangalisan, Solana, Cagayan, and Bernard 16 years old, resident of Lingu,
Solana, Cagayan
