Hello, my name is John Harvey Robles, but you can call me Harvey for short. I recently completed a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and I am a
type of person who always ready for a challenge and it as an adventure.

Why you shouldn’t not hire you?

You should not hire me in your company if you do not need a good and honest worker.

Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because I am very compassionate about this industry and I believe that I already have the necessary skills and attributes
that can help or add value to your established team

Why did you choose this company?

I chose this company because I have heard nothing but good things. Based on my research and feedback from coworkers in this company. I also
believe that this company will help me learn more, expand my skills, and become the best version of myself.

 What is your strengths and weaknesses

My strengths include the fact that I am an industrious person who has a good level pf discipline to be able to perform consistently to a high
standard in my work. Another strength of mine is my speed of working. I am a teachable and fast learner who can easily retain lots of job
specific information

In my respect of weakness, this is the fact that I am not yet verygood at public speaking. I get quite anxious if I ever have to give a talk to a large
group of people. However this the area or company I am very keen to develop in, so if any opportunities came up in your company for me to
give talks or presentation I would love to give it a try.

Doer or follower

Both, because I believe that each of us has our own talent and knowledge. They know something that I don’t know, and it can be the other way
around. I’m either of the two, as long as it’s better for the group and the company.

I am a trustworthy ,loyal and I am a disciplined worker who understand the importance of teamwork and also I can make negative vibes into
positive vibes

Struggle

One of my biggest struggles in life is about finances, especially when there is a pandemic, although my mother had a job at that time because
she was a frontliner. And because of the pandemic, some of us have closed and lost our jobs. If there is no job, there is no money to pay, for
example, the bills. That’s why I worked in the middle of the pandemic, just to help my parents. Now that my parent’s work is okay, the bills are
still there, but not as much as during the pandemic. 

5yrs from now

I see myself in 5 years as a known and respected architect, with the power of managing the important documents and files of this company

Who inspired you?

My parents inspired me to become an architect, especially my father, because he also dreamed of becoming an architect but, because of their
difficult lives, was unable to pursue his dream.

What I learned from my last job in a well-known online shop is that you should treat a person as he should be, be understanding, and above all,
be honest, because sometimes when we order something and something happens that we don’t want to happen to our order, let’s blame the
company or sometimes the one who delivered, or there are some who trip as well, so as a sorter and customer as well, I make sure that what I
do is proper and honest in order to repay or return the trust they gave us.

I like your company in general, and that’s why I always go to your website, page, and sometimes I go here to your company because I take a
chance that there is a vacancy or you are looking for a worker because I really want to work for this company, so when I found out you had a
vacancy, I didn’t think twice to apply.
