Apartment Management System is a project made in Visual Basic 6.0 and Oracle, which enables to make the computerization of Apartment Maintains. By just sitting on the computer one can maintain the Flat, Members, Visitors, Complaints and Rent Information. This project is very easy to use and simply editing the record does the maintenance of the records. The project is secured by providing it with password for security purposes so that this software is used properly and can be accessed by the user only who knows the password. 3. Input To The Project FLATS OWNERS COMPLAINTS VISITORS REPAIRS RENTS
Flats option has further options of new flat information like Flat No, Type of Flat like S B F(Single tenants amount, contains the Bed and the Room Flat). like Date. of Flat Booking Date, Owners Owner and the information Expecting Name, Flat the Advance option the the and

members i.e. name, age, sex and the relation with Owner Complaints Complaint No ID, contains information Out-Time, about Purpose, Description, Repairs
Flat No, Date and status. Visitors contain In-Time, Flat and Date. contains Work ID, Given to the Person, Give Date, Completion Date, Done for the Flat and the Amount. Rent contains Flat No, Month, Year, and Rent Amount along with the Repair Amount.
4. Output To The Project FLAT OWNERS REPORT : Name, Flat No, Joining Date and minimum span to stay. TO-LET FLAT REPORT : Flat No, Flat Type like Single Bed Room or Double Bed Room, Floor and Rent. COMPLAINTS REPORT:

Limitations Of The Project: There is no provision for giving priority in allotment. Allotment is done purely on First-ComeFirst-Served.
