INTRODUCTION

“Great leaders do not set out to be a leader. They set out to make a difference. It is never
about the role --- it is always about the goal.”

We are here today to witness the Grand Rally and Election of Supreme Student Government. To
our dedicated and beautiful, Officer-In-Charge, Mrs. Onnie T. Torreflores, to the hardworking
teachers and staff of Binaliuan NHS, SSG candidates, students, good afternoon!

To start, may I request everyone to please stand for the singing of our Philippine National
Anthem, to be followed by a prayer to be led by Krizza Jayne Tayona, Grade 10, Tigbauan
Hymn, and Binaliuan National High School Hymn to be played on record.

OPENING REMARKS

To set the mood this afternoon, let’s welcome our ever dynamic Officer-In-Charge, Mrs. Onnie
T. Torreflores for the opening remarks.

Thank you so much ma’am for the setting the challenge. I’m sure the candidates are now
excited to speak their thoughts.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES

“Good leaders must first become good servants”. At this point, let us now proceed to the
presentation of our SSG candidates by party. The duties of an SSG in a school is to maintain
peace and order within the premises of the school; Act as chief peace officer and over all
Sergeant – At- Arms of subordinate organizations and classes. Be all ears as they present their
platforms. Starting up with Asigwa Party, to be followed by Youth Party, Label Party and the
Independent Partylist.

ELECTION PROPER

Now, we request all the students to proceed to their respective classrooms for the election
proper. We hope you already have the best candidate in mind. Remember to vote wisely.
