respect on Turnkey basis and after satisfactory completion and commissioning, 3(three) months trial run, necessary
training of maintenance staff & thereafier (subsequently) 5 (five) years operation and maintenance with security

Municipality.
You are hereby requested to take up the work immediately in consultation with the Executive Engineer,
Nadia Division, ME Dte., 15, D. L. Roy Road, Ifuishnanagar) Nadia. The date of commencement shall be reckoned
with effect from 05/06/2017 andthe time of completion of the whole work allotted to you shall be 12 (Twelve)
months from the above mentioned date of commencement.
You arc requested to submit a work programme matching with the stipulated period of completion to
the undersigned with a copy to the Executive Engineer, Nadia Division, ME Dte. [Link] approval prior to start the
work.
