The Pokerknave Stable Agreement This is an agreement is entered into as of this date ..........................

by and between Pokerknave Ltd, 11 Well St, Hockley, Birmingham, B19 3BG and (name of player) __________________________________________________ of (address of player) ____________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________ Stable - a group of staked players managed by [Link] Stake - money used to finance a poker player. Player - the person receiving sponsorship/stake. Sponsor - the organisation providing the stake. Live - a tournament or event in a function room/casino or any such environment. Bank - total money being used by the player at any one time. Profit - money left in the bank after cost has been taken out.

1. The player to be staked for an agreed sum to play poker on a website or live event of the sponsors choosing. 2. The stake will be provide for the players skill level and to help the player cope with variance that can occur. 3. The amount of the stake shall be determined by the answer given during the interview, the online records provided by various poker playing tracking websites and negotiations between the player and sponsor. 4. The player shall receive a share of the profits after cost (primarily the original stake). For instance if the player has been staked for $1000 and after a period the total of the bank is $2500, then the profit will be $1500 (bank - stake). 5. The share will be 50:50 split between the player and the sponsor. For example if after a period there was $1500 profit then the player would get $750 and the sponsor will get $750. 6. There will be no bonus for deposit going to the player. 7. The player will not play any casino games, bingo or other games not related to the poker tables which has been agreed with the sponsor. 8. The player will not partake in chip dumping, collusion or any practice which can damage this agreement. 9. The player will provide hand histories to help explain game/s. Ideally a blog on [Link] will provide a good central point for this as well as helping to maintain media

presence. 10. From time to time the sponsor will also providing coaching, performance training and media management to ensure maximum profits for both the sponsor and the player. 11. The player will not partake in conduct online or offline which will cause embarrassment, legal problems or moral outrage to The PokerKnave Stable while in acting as a staked player. 12. Profits to players will be paid every fortnight on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month by The Pokerknave Stable. earnings must exceed $25 to receive payments, otherwise payments will be carried forward to the next pay cycle. 12.1 If the player has been winning consistently then there are provisions in which profit payments to the player, can be made weekly. 13. Payment will be made by moneybookers unless prior arrangement has been made. 14. This agreement will be ongoing until either party request changes.
