That we, TEODORO M. DELA CRUZ, ADELAIDA DELACRUZ


CAMACHO, MERCEDITA MAMINO DELA CRUZ and FERDINAND MAMINO
DELA CRUZ, all of legal age, Filipinos and currently residing at Lot 8 Block 21
Masipag Street, Maunlad Homes, Mojon, City of Malolos, Bulacan, do hereby
state that:

That we received the amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND


PESOS (₱415,000.00) Philippine Currency, from ALEJANDRO LUNA CRUZ,
JR. and ROAN B. CRUZ, both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Purok 5,
Buguion, Calumpit, Bulacan as DOWN PAYMENT for a parcel of land containing
an area/portion of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS, amounting to
₱3,000 per square meter with a total amount of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (₱600,000.00). That said portion of parcel of land is covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 039-2020006449.

That the remaining balance of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE


THOUSAND PESOS (₱185,000.00) will be paid on November 15, 2022 and in
case of breach by the BUYERS of the provision of this receipt, the SELLER shall
return the said amount of DOWN PAYMENT (₱415,000.00) minus the
expenses pertaining to the parcel of land to the BUYER;
