Work Breakdown Structure atau biasa dikenal dengan WBS digunakan untuk
melakukan breakdown atau memecahkan tiap proses pekerjaan menjadi lebih detail.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) disusun berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan
Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia No. 28 tahun 2016. WBS akan
disajikan dalam bentuk tabel.
