1. Largest fleet: We are the largest self-drive car rental in North East India with a collection of more
than 50 cars. You can choose from a wide variety of cars from a small hatchback to a SUV. Moreover,
most of the cars we have are brand new and in mint condition.

1. For advance booking, the customer needs to send a token advance of INR 2000 to the following
details:

1. Eligibility: The customers must be 21 years old and should have a valid driving license issued at
least a year ago.
2. Maximum liability: In case of any accident/damage, customer’s liability will be limited to a
maximum of 30000(15000 for hatchback/sedan, 20000 for SUVS, 30000 for THAR as estimated
by an authorized/reputed dealership). This policy is intended to protect and benefit the responsible
customer. However, if the customer is found in situations of irresponsible driving the customer
could be liable to pay the whole damage amount irrespective of insurance claimed from FuFu Gadi.
Such cases include, but not limited to
A. If the customer is under influence of alcohol/drugs while driving
B. Rash/Negligent driving
C. If the car is used for off road driving
D. If the customer continues to drive even after any major problem arises in the car.
E. Misinformation in DL
F. If the customer is found violating any rule of the Motor Vehicle Act.
3. Security Deposit: There is no security deposit if the customer submits any of the following
documents in original
A. Original DL.
B. Passport.
If the customer does want submit any of the above, then he/she has to pay a security deposit up
to 4000. (2000 for hatchback/sedan, 3000 for SUVS) Refund of security deposit will be
processed immediately on the time of returning the car by cash/UPI.
4. KM Restriction: The allowed KM limit per day on average basis is 250/day. For example, if the
duration is 4 days then total allowed KM is 250*4 = 1000 KM. Per extra KM charges will be [
(Daily Rent/250) – 1]. For example, if the daily rent is 2000 then extra km charges will (2000/250
– 1) = (8-1) = 7 INR.
Note: For trips to Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, an average of 250 KM a day is more
than sufficient.
5. Fuel: All our plans are excluding fuel. We give sufficient amount of fuel in starting of the trip and
the customer needs to return the car in the similar level. If there is excess or deficit in fuel, a
reasonable amount will be refunded/charged based on the average mileage of the car.
6. Fastag: All of our cars are having a fastag. Customer should recharge the required amount via
Phone pay app (Go to Fastag Recharge → Select the bank mentioned in the Tag → Enter
the Car reg no → Enter the amount). The toll charges are as mentioned below for major tourist
places

7. Rental Timing Calculation: We charge on 24 hours basis (Time to time). For example, if the
booking starts from 10 AM today and ends in 10 AM on the next day then it will be considered as
1 day rental period.
8. Extra Hours: Extra hours charges will be calculated as (Daily Rental / 12) for each extra hour.
If the extra hours exceeded by 6 hours, then instead of hourly charges one full day rental charges
will be applicable.
9. Cancellation and Refund: The advance booking amount (INR 2000) will be fully refunded if the
customer cancels the booking 96 hours prior the booking start time. In other cases, there is no
refund
10. Extension: Extension shall be confirmed based on availability of the car for that duration.
11. Cleanliness: FuFu Gadi delivers the car after proper cleaning of both exterior and interior. Though
we don’t charge for the normal soil/mud deposited in the car during the trip but the customer must
ensure the followings while returning the car:
A. Leaving tobacco-based product in the car
B. Burning of any parts of interior due to smoking.
C. Any left-over food/packets/Bottles etc.
In case of non-compliance in any of the above, INR 300 will be charged for interior cleaning and
in actual for any interior part damage due to customers negligence.
12. Airport Delivery and Pickup: An amount of INR 700 will be charged for airport delivery or pick
up (One way).
13. Doorstep Delivery: A reasonable amount will be charged based on the distance from our office.
