Pernah gak sih dapet tawaran kerja dari DM LinkedIn, tapi bingung mau jawabnya
gimana?
Baiknya dibales apa ya kalau tertarik?
Trus gimana kalau mau nolak tapi gak terkesan songong?

Nah, overall sebenernya ada strukturnya buat bales DM gitu gengs. Mungkin tiap
orang beda2 ya, kalau versi #CiciHR sih gini:
1. Salam/sapa
Misal:
"Hi Bambang,
Thank you for reaching out!
Glad to be connected!"

2. Apresiasi
Misal:
"Thank you for such great opportunity.
I do appreciate it."

3. Jawaban inti & alasan


Misal:
- Ini kalau tertarik yaa
"I'm currently open for new opportunity, and it would be great to have a further
discussion. Feel free to reach me by phone/WA at 14045" or "Sure, I'll text you
soon for further discussion" (kalau orang yang nawarin udah ngasih nomor HP duluan)

- Kalau gak tertarik


"But unfortunately I'm currently not open for new opportunity with a few
considerations regarding my career path/current project (tergantung alasan
kalian)."

4. Closing
Misal:
- Kalau tertarik
"Looking forward to hearing from you."

- Kalau gak tertarik


"It would be great if we can stay connected for another possibilities in the
future. Keep in touch and have a great week ahead! :)"
