Obtaining informed consent, maintaining anonymity, confidentiality, and

justice and fairness were observed during the conduct of the study. There was an

included informed consent on the google form. There were no risks involved in the

participation of the respondent on the study. The respondents may be confused as they

answer the survey questionnaire. To minimize this, the researcher made sure that the

items clearly stated and easily understood by the respondents. To maintain anonymity

of the respondents and confidentiality of data, the researchers ensured and were

guided against unauthorized access to the data. This was addresses and maintained

through but not limited to the following: a) assigned codenames; b) kept survey forms

and any other identifying respondents’ information in a password-protected file; and

c) data from the study will be deleted after the study will be presented and submitted.
