Dear Ms. Santos,

It is with utmost regret that I inform you that I intent to resign from my current position
as Purchasing Supervisor/Insurance Accountant of Toyota Nueva Ecija effective immediately. My
father-in-law was diagnosed with a disease which would require him to undergo chemo therapy
on a regular basis. While the responsibility to provide financial support in order to finance the
medication of my father-in-law is one of the paramount concerns, the family also needs my
presence in attending to the daily needs, especially on medical needs of my father-in-law. I have
arrived at this difficult decision considering the premises afore-mentioned since it would be
highly prejudicial to the interest of the company if I cannot fulfill my duties due to the reasons
aforementioned.

In line with this, I am tendering my resignation for the said position effective
IMMEDIATELY.

Through Toyota Nueva Ecija, I learned how to be competitive and courageous. That is
why, I owe good graces to the institution because it helped be support my family’s finances.
Serving the company and our respective clientele has brought me joy and satisfaction. I have
learned many things from everyone that I had the pleasure and honor to transact and do
business with, and for that, I am forever grateful for the wonderful memories that I have
experienced in this institution. I will forever treasure the good memories, acquaintances, and
the learning experiences that I have acquired in this institution. Rest assured that I will fully
comply with the necessary processes and requirements before exiting the company.

Thank you very much!

Truly yours,

FELICISIMO A. CABRAL JR.
