How do I apply for a passport?


Here are the steps to properly and correctly apply for a passport:
1. First, head to the immigration office! You can visit the immigration office listed on our
KTP (Identity Card) or head to the nearest immigration office.

2. Second, purchase the application form!


The application form is at the designated counter. Then, fill out the form according to the
documents you have on hand and bring the original documents!

3. Next, submit the application form to the registration counter!


4. Afterward, take the receipt and schedule your photograph and fingerprints!

5. If you have taken your photograph and fingerprints, you may go on to the interview stage
by showing the original documents.

6. After the interview process, the next step is to pay for the passport book and sign it. Ask
for details on the completion date for the passport.
7. We can come back on the date set to collect the passport that has been made. The new
passport is usually completed and ready to be collected within a week.
