Job Interview Evaluation Rubric

This document provides a rubric for evaluating candidates in a job interview. The rubric scores candidates in four categories: resume, appearance and poise, skill presentation, and delivery and language. Candidates can earn a maximum of five points for each item within each category, and a total score out of 20 points. The rubric then provides guidelines for interpreting total scores, ranging from scores of 18-20 points meaning "You're Hired!" to scores of 10 points or below meaning "Don't call us, we'll call you."
