Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as


Processing Officer of Agrobuild Institute of Technology Inc. effective this April 15,
2023.

I am resigning due to the ensuing reasons; First, I’m no longer able meeting
the timely submission and compliance of my tasks and deliverables which causes
unnecessary delays in the processing of the School’s documents, as a matter of
consideration and courtesy I’m offering my resignation to allow the Institution to pick
a more efficient and appropriate man for the job. Second, is the desire for change by
pursuing Professional growth by seeking a more lucrative employment to provide for
my family and support my own schooling. Finally, I’m already decided to focus on my
review for the upcoming Board Examination this September 2023 and eventually
continue and finish my study of Law.

I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development you have provided
during my tenure. Thank you for your guidance and support.
