INTRODUCTION
I am the student of F.Y DPHARM visited DR.M.L Dhawale hospital along with our teacher
for the hospital visit as a project .I give below details of the visit.
SURROUNDINGS
The hospital is located in the main road but it is well surrounded by big compound .the hospital has
security guards also .The entrance itself gives a good opinion.

RECEPTION
The hospital has a reception which records the details of patient (both in-patient and out patients ).
The details are recorded in computer so that it can be reviewed in future.

Many clinical tests are being undertaken in this department urine
analysis , blood analysis , sputum tests are being carried out here. the result are
processed and delivered in laboratory  Diagnostic imaging department

The general surgery ward is well equipped with the instruments and staff to

This field visit to the hospital made me know about the
procedures undertaken in the hospital ,the facilities available in the

useful one.
