TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Payment terms is 50% down-payment and 50% full-payment upon installation.
2. For confirmed orders, please prepare work permit if applicable. For carpets and wallpapers, you may
reschedule installation date at least one day in advance. Otherwise, a rebooking fee of P1,500 will be charged.
3. A cancellation fee of 50% of contract price shall be deducted from the payment in case client decides to
defer and/or cancel the project to cover the cost of already cut materials and labor.
4. NO REFUND of any amount shall be returned in case of cancellation of project after receipt of purchase
order or conformity to our proposal.
5. Installation starts 5-7 days after receipt of down-payment or purchase order.
