VOICE OVER INTRODUCTION The most awaited event of the semester has finally come. The question
is, are you ready to get to know other students? Are you ready to
mingle and socialize? Or are you ready to feel the meaning of every
poetry, to sing along with the beautiful song compilation, and to feel the
beat of every dance move?

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to TDFI Senior High School


Acquaintance Party 2022 with the theme, “The Tomasian Spirit:
Celebrating Oneness, Strengthen Camaraderie and Unity.”

Please welcome your hosts, MR. KENNETH ANGELO M. CASTRO and MS.
PRINCESS S. PULUMBARIT.

SIR ANGELO: This school year, we have started a journey with lots of responsibilities
as a good student, classmate, daughter/son and figuring out how to
have a productive time management. Right, MS. PRINCESS?

MS. PRINCESS: You are so right, SIR ANGELO! Some of us are fighting trials and stress,
and of course there are moments that we are pressured by the people
around us. But above all these, we are trying our best to keep the spirit
of friendship and camaraderie every single day of our lives as a senior
high school student.

OPENING PRAYER SONG, PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM & TDFI SCHOOL HYMN
SIR ANGELO: To start our program, please stand for the Opening Prayer through a
song entitled “Lilim” to be sung by Miguel Espinosa, Louise Jade Briones
and the Music Club members.

MS. PRINCESS: Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem to be conducted by Maureen Regala TLC Vice President and
from Grade 12 - HUMSS and, followed by the singing of the TDFI School
Hymn.

WORDS OF WELCOME FROM THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR


SIR ANGELO: Thank you and you may now be seated.
My respect to our hardworking School Administrator, Mr. R-Jay S.
Payawal. To our very own Academic Coordinator, Mrs. Carol B. Briones.
To our dear teachers and school personnel. TLC Officers and Students.
Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon and a lovely Friday to all of us
What a lovely afternoon to you too partner!

MS. PRINCESS: A pleasant day to you too, Sir Angelo!


Well, this day is not just wonderful, but also a day full of learning and
new experiences.

SIR ANGELO: A day to develop a sense of belongingness, to acquaint with new peers,
get to know each other and be able to create an environment with
strong harmony and cooperation.

MS. PRINCESS: Yes, that’s true Sir Angelo! I think everybody will agree with me that we
have anticipated long enough for this day to come. But anticipation
comes with painstaking efforts, sleepless nights and wishful thoughts
that now is coming to a reality.

SIR ANGELO: Now the long wait is over. Welcome to Tomas Dizon Foundation
Institute Inc. Acquaintance Party 2022!

At this juncture, to make our mood even better, may I call on our School
Administrator, Mr. R-Jay S. Payawal, to deliver Words of Welcome.
(Sir R-Jay delivers his message)

MS. PRINCESS Thank you so much Sir R-Jay for that wonderful remarks. It really made
us feel at ease and welcome for today’s acquaintance party.

INTERMISSION NUMBER
SIR ANGELO: To continue our program, let us hear a beautiful spoken poetry which I
think many of us can relate to. Please welcome ____________________
from the Spoken Poetry Club.

MS. PRINCESS Tomasians, relate ba? Let us give them another round of applause!

Moving forward, I wonder if how many are we in this venue today. Why
don’t we hear it from our dear schoolmates?

PRESENTATION OF CLASS YELL/CHEER


SIR ANGELO: Yes, Ms. Princess! Let us call them by strand and hear their loudest
cheer! Let us start with the students from ABM Grade 11, where are
you?

MS. PRINCESS: How about the ABM Grade 12, shout your hearts out!

SIR ANGELO: Let us know hear the GAS Grade 11. Let us hear your voice!

MS. PRINCESS: How about the GAS Grade 12, where you guys?

SIR ANGELO: This time let us hear the combined energy of TVL 11 and 12!

MS. PRINCESS: Shout at the top of your lungs HUMSS Grade 11!

SIR ANGELO: Let us also hear the students from HUMSS Grade 12!

MS. PRINCESS: Where are the people from STEM Grade 11?

SIR ANGELO: Finally, let me hear you shout STEM Grade 12!

MS. PRINCESS: There you have it, the 10 amazing strands of TDFI Senior High School
Department! All in all, we have a total of ____ Tomasians today. Power!

INTERMISSION NUMBER
SIR ANGELO: And now, let us watch a special dance presentation from the members
of the Dance Club headed by Ms. Blesing V. Nazaria. Let’s give it up and
put your hands together for the TDFI DClub!

MS. PRINCESS: Thank you very much DClub! I was almost at the verge of taking the
center stage to dance too. How about you partner?

SIR ANGELO: Well I am not good at dancing, but I really love that dance presentation.
To continue, we all know that aside from the theme that we have, we
have been informed and encouraged to wear an attire that will boost
every student’s confidence in wearing their respective attire.

For everyone’s information, during the Registration, our monitoring


team has been pre-selecting students who stand out from the crowd
and are able to carry themselves with much ease and confidence.

MS. PRINCESS And we now have the names of students who exemplify the euphoric
vibe which is the feeling or state of excitement and happiness in
projecting themselves while wearing their best attires.

As we call your names, kindly proceed in front of the stage please.

(Call the names of students one-by-one: Male then Female. Per batch of
5 students, they will be guided to do a quick ramp. Someone will show
how the ramp should be done)

SIR ANGELO: That definitely sets the mood for our Acquaintance Party. Way to go
Tomasians!

As we move forward, let us enjoy different presentations coming from


the Music Club and Spoken Poetry Club.

will be having three (3) games. Each game will be open to all strands.

SIR ANGELO: Thank you Tomasians for participating in our games. You all did a good
job!

At this juncture, we shall be presenting the awards for Best Group


Cheer/Yell and the Best Dressed in Male and Female Categories. To
present the Certificates and Sash, may I call on stage Sir R-Jay S. Payawal
and Sir Kenneth Angelo Castro.

Moving forward, let us all enjoy the music from various songs that will
definitely touch our hearts and minds. So here are the Music Club
members headed by Ms. Russel Praga as they entertain us with their
music covers. And if you know the songs, don’t hesitate to sing along.

SIR ANGELO: Let’s put our hands together again for the Music Club! Good job
everyone! Truly, Tomasians are very talented. Do you want some more?

DANCE CLUB – UNITY MOB DANCE


MS. PRINCESS: Once again congratulations to all the winners!

A while ago Sir Angelo mentioned about talents. Yes, the Tomasians are
all talented, whether that be in drawing, voice over, essay writing,
spoken poetry, singing and dancing. And speaking of talents, of course
we have some more. Let’s give it up for the Dance Club as they
entertain us with their dance presentation to the iconic theme song
from the movie High School Musical entitled, “We’re All in this
Together.” How about a big, big round of applause for them!

CLOSING REMARKS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
SIR ANGELO: Isn’t that fun? Indeed, everyone from TDFI is in oneness with the
Tomasian spirit as we strengthen camaraderie and unity above all.
And before we end this event, we would like to remind everyone that
we are going to have our Academic Health Break starting tomorrow,
October 29, 2022. ODL First Quarter Examination will be on October 3 &
4, 2022 following the regular ODL class schedule. Then on November 7,
2022, Face-to-Face Classes shall resume accordingly.

MS. PRINCESS: So there you have it, our first ever TDFI Senior High Acquaintance Party.
Thank you for joining us, keep safe as you head home and have a good
night!

LHAY SOLIMAN: (bigla mag-enter so much excitement) Hep, hep, hep! Tomasians, agree
ba kayo na tapos na ang party? (wait for audience’s response – for sure
