Greetings!

We have the honor to request from your good office permission to conduct the
Araling Panlipunan Department Learning Action Cell session on March 14 at 1:00 in the
afternoon onwards. The participants of the LAC session are 22 Araling Panlipunan
teachers grouped into two.

The proposed LAC session will focus on the orientation of teachers on the Multi-year
Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers. This topic was deemed essential as we navigate through the SY
2022 - 2023. The need to focus this issue on the LAC session was also supported by the
Master Teachers’ and Head Teacher’s across the learning areas. This LAC session is part of
the current School Improvement Plan under Project RISE - Recalibrating Instructional
Skills of Teachers for Exemplary Performance.

Attached herewith are session guide and slide deck to be used.
