Dear; To Whom it may concern,

I have an appointment schedule on February 24,2023 at 03:00-04:00 pm afternoon.


Unfortunately, a conflict has risen in my schedule, I have important matter to do. And I
must postpone my visit. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I will be back in touch with
your office to reschedule for a future date. I promise to come on March 08,2023 at 03:00-04:00
pm afternoon. Please accept my letter.
