Abstract
This study aims to assess if the streetscape project is efficient for Isabela State University Ilagan Campus students. During the pandemic, the city's local government envisioned the development of a

streetscape located at Mammangi Park to Osmeña. It was said to be the model and a face for the city's development. However, there are essential factors to consider for a significant streetscape.

Researchers will evaluate the ease of accessibility, the separation between vehicles and pedestrians, safety, space for lounging, preservation of scenery, landscaping, and distinct design. Survey

questionnaires will be given to the respondents, and the data collected will be analyzed to construct conclusions.
