How to get Ayushman card
Overview
National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India's flagship
public health insurance/assurance scheme called "Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan
Arogya Yojana" & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building
technological infrastructure and implementation of "National Digital Health Mission" to create a
National Digital Health Eco-system. NHA is leading the implementation for national Digital
Health Mission (NDHM) in coordination with different ministries/departments of the
Government of India, State Governments, and private sector/civil society organizations.
The Beneficiary Identification System (BIS) has been enabled to facilitate the users to
generate their Ayushman card. Users can also get themselves registered for Ayushman Card
at your nearest CSC center or at any empanelled PMJAY hospital. A new BIS has been
created which allows any user to register themselves for generating Ayushman card for
himself/herself or for any known beneficiary. Also, existing users of BIS can login to the new
BIS for generating Ayushman cards.
The objective of the document is to handhold the beneficiaries of the scheme and explaining
the process of generating Ayushman Cards using the new BIS 2.0.
Registration
1. User log in to [Link]
2. User clicks on Register Yourself & Search
Beneficiary tab
3. Self Registration screen appears
4. Enter Mobile Number linked to the Aadhaar
card and click on submit

and Click on Submit
Aadhaar OTP Authentication
• Authentication disclaimer appears – Click on the box to Accept and Enter the OTP
received on registered mobile number and click on Validate

Click “OK” and Personal Details of the individual appears on the screen

PMJAY SECC
Search Beneficiary details in SECC Beneficiary Details by Aadhar with
Data PM letter Number / Ration Card
• Click on PMJAY SECC tab on Number
navigation Bar • Beneficiary details will appear.
• User can search for Village / Town • Select Aadhaar or ration card
and can choose Urban or Rural number
• Select State, District , Block and • Enter Aadhaar number (if selected
Village. (If Rural selected) Aadhaar number) and click on Get
• Select State, District , Town and Details button
Ward. (If Urban selected)
• A list of all beneficiaries appears –
Click on “View” tab (if card status
is card not made)
Select PM Letter and enter the Letter number followed by attaching the copy

Beneficiary Details
• Enter Ration Card number
(if selected Ration Card
number) and click on Get
Details button
• Family member details will
appear
• Select matching member
details.
• After click on Next button
• Enter the beneficiary
details as per Aadhar or
select same as SECC
details auto fill.
• User has the option for
Authentication- (Demo,
OTP, Finger, IRIS, Face)
• After authentication, user
will provide the consent by
clicking on check box
• Click on Next button
Enter KYC Details
• Platform will
showcase the eKyc
details of beneficiary
as per the Aadhar
authentication.
• Click on Next.

Review page will display Search by HHID / Ration card Number
• Beneficiary Details as in SECC • Click on Search by HHID / Ration Card in
Data navigation bar
• Declared Details by beneficiary • Select state and enter HHID / Ration card
• eKyc details as in Aadhaar Number
• Authentication details • It will show all beneficiary details of enter
• Choose picture(optional) HHID / Ration card
• Enter captcha • Click on view link
• Click on Submit • Follow same process as mention in Search
• It will show Message regarding by Vill / Town (if card status is Card not
kyc status made)
• Download card and add member (if card
status is Complete)
Add New Member Details
• Click on Add New Member in
navigation bar
• For Secc beneficiary add
member can be done if card
status is complete.

Download Ayushman Card
To download the Ayushman
card-
• Enter mobile /
Aadhaar number
• User will get receive
an OTP on their
registered mobile no.
• Enter the OTP
received and click on
verify and proceed.
To add new Member
• Enter mobile /
Aadhaar number
• User will get receive
an OTP on their
registered mobile no.
• Enter the OTP
received and click on
verify and proceed.
Search Beneficiary Data by State Scheme
• Click on Integrated State
Schemes in navigation bar
• Click on search By ID
• Select Urban and Rural
• Select state , scheme
name , corresponding
document name and enter
document number
• Then click on Get details-
all beneficiaries details will
display.
• User also has the option
to view specific details

Enter Beneficiary Details
• Beneficiary details will appear- Name, Guardian’s name, Mother’s
name, Gender, YOB, state name, district and village/town.
• Click on next button
• Enter beneficiary details as per Aadhar or Select same as SECC details
• User has the option for Authentication- Demo, OTP, Finger, IRIS, Face
• After authentication, user will have to provide Aadhar consent by clicking on
check box
• User will have to enter the OTP, received on their registered mobile no.
• User need to tick the box and agree with terms and conditions
• Click on Next button

• User will see their eKyc details as per the Aadhar authentication- Name,
guradians’s name, gender, DOB and address
• Click on Next.

• Review will show the

Add New Member in state scheme beneficiary details
• Click on Add member in the navigation bar
• Select urban / Rural
• Select state , scheme name ,District, corresponding document name and enter
document number
• Then click on Get details to get the details of all beneficiaries
• Click on Add Member on the left side corner under beneficiary details
Family Member details of state

• Will showcase the details of the
family
• User need to enter the Aadhar
number and PMJAY ID number.
• Select the option for Aadhaar
authentication.
• Click on Next button

Add New Member Details
For new member details- For member eKYC details-
• Select document name for relation • User will need to enter the Aadhar number
proof • Select the option for authentication and click
• Select relation with existing beneficiary on tick box to agree to terms and conditions
• Enter Name, Guardian’s name, DOB, • Once its complete, user will get an
Gender, Pincode and mobile number
automated message- for completion of eKYC
• Click on next button
Download State scheme Ayushman Card
• Click on Download and Delivery in navigation bar followed by the state
scheme Ayushman card
• Select state and Scheme name
• Select Aadhaar radio button and enter Aadhaar number
• Select the option for authentication
• Once the authentication is complete, the details of the beneficiary will be
showcased
• User can download the card by clicking on “Download”

• Click on Delivery Ayushman card
tab
• Select Aadhaar radio button and
enter Aadhaar number
• Select the option for Aadhaar
authentication
DOWNLOAD AYUSHMAN CARD
• Click on Download Ayushman card in navigation bar
• Select state name
• Select Aadhaar radio button and enter Aadhaar number
• Do Aadhaar authentication
• It will show beneficiary details and download link
• Click on download link , download beneficiary card.
