Cosmos and Creation Series

Abstract
A discussion of ‘parallel dimensions’ is presented. It is explicated that by
virtue of the Essential Cosmological Law of Spatial Cohabitation that
states multiple dimensions can occupy the same space, parallel
dimensions possess the same space-time curvature, yet either ‘lag’ or
‘lead’ one another in rotation-spinning due to a difference in phase
angle existing among them. It is further elucidated that these parallel
dimensions may be envisioned as the surfaces of a series of spheres that
resemble a set of identical ‘tops’ released one after another, spinning
with the same rotational velocities about their axes which have the
same exact angular configuration, thus motivating the terminology of
‘parallel’ dimensions. In this respect, as the same concept of
‘cosmological time’ applies to each parallel space-time dimension, one
can conceive of a concept of a difference of ‘local time’ existing among
them instigated by virtue of their difference in phase angles as related
to their spinning. Furthermore, as time is synonymous with rotation,
and time distinguishes one dimension from another, the concept of local
time also gives rise to the phenomenon of ‘local frequency’ perceived as
a perturbation that affects the cosmological frequency of each parallel
dimension, giving the appearance of an apparent frequency. In this
respect, the apparent frequency of a parallel dimensions 𝜆 may be
conceived of being equal to its cosmological frequency 𝜔 modified by
the ‘perturbation frequency’ 𝜎 associated with the rate of change of the
phase angle 𝜓 with respect to time 𝑡, depending on whether the parallel
 dimension is leading (+) or lagging (-) a particular reference state
perceived as to epitomize the zero phase angle state. Thus:

Introduction
• It has been explicated by the author previously that the Cosmos is
comprised of a series of 356 DISCRETE congealed energetic contours
that give rise to formations of space-time dimensions [1-5].
• In this respect, each space-time dimension is composed of a
spherical contour that epitomizes a congealed surface comprised of
a fabric of constitution that is referred to as ‘space’ [6].
• Furthermore, each spherical surface has a characteristic curvature
that epitomizes the speed at which the free flowing time can
progress within this domain, referred to as ‘frequency’ [7-8].
• In essence, each cosmological space-time defines a dimension of
consciousness, a domain at which a sentient being with certain
natural frequency of conscious vibration can anchor its
consciousness at that domain [9].
• Thus, a space-time dimension of consciousness may be characterized
by its threshold frequency of consciousness that is inversely
proportion to the magnitude of its radial vector of cosmological
time.
• And, since time is synonymous with the free-flowing rotational
motion about the central SOURCE [10], frequency defines the rate
(speed) of spinning motion of that particular space-time dimension
about the SOURCE [11].
• And, since time is of bi-directional nature, simultaneously
progressing counterclockwise and clockwise with respect to the
central SOURCE, each dimension is comprised of a conjugate set of
space-times that by counterrotating one another mirror one
another, referred to by the author as the ‘conjugate or mirrored
space-times’ [12].
• In this respect, the congealed quanta of constitutive energy forming
the fabric of two conjugate or mirrored space-times simultaneously
rotate in opposition to one another that are referred to as ‘matter’
(considered as rotating-spinning counterclockwise) and ‘antimatter’
(regarded as rotating-spinning clockwise) about the central SOURCE
[13-15].
• In this respect, a particular space-time can be characterized by its
‘dimensional vector’ that act along the radial vector of the
cosmological time (its eigenvector) and a ‘dimensional angle’ 𝜛 (its
eigenvalue) [16-17] defining its frequency of consciousness 𝜔 that is
by virtue of the Law of Frequential Resonance [18] is equal to the
speed of rotation-threshold frequency of that space-time or the
natural frequency of vibration of the sentient being anchored to that
dimension [19].
• In this respect, its threshold frequency 𝜔 may be mathematically
defined as the first differential or the rate of the its characteristic
dimensional angle 𝜛 with respect to the time 𝑡:

• Furthermore, the rate of frequency or spinning-rotational motion of

space-times progressively decreases from the inner to outer
 dimensions with reference to the SOURCE, a phenomenon that the
author has referred to as ‘propinquity’ [20-21] .
• Moreover, consciousness is disseminated, transmitted, propagated,
or transferred through the advent of electromagnetic light [22-23]
into the domain of time that is referred to as the ‘innerspace.’
• In this respect, the innerspace is comprised of the realms or domains
or the ‘inter-spaces’ between the consecutive DISCRETE spherical
surfaces of space-time dimensions.
• Thus, it is clear that not only the propinquity and frequency, but also
the light quotient of consciousness progressively decreases from the
inner to the outer space-time dimensions or outer bounds of the
Cosmos with respect to the central SOURCE [24].

Parallel Dimensions
• Parallel dimensions refer to a series of different space-times that are
distinct from one another by the virtue of the way time progresses
within their domains, brought about not due to different speeds of
rotation about the central SOURCE, but the as a result of the advent
of angle of rotation itself.
• In this regard, the angle of rotation with respect to a common
reference angular configuration is referred to as the ‘phase angle.’
• So, basically the myriad of different parallel dimensions conform to
the requirement of the Cosmological Essential Law of Spatial
Cohabitation [25] by virtue of the fact that they all occupy the same
space, having the same space-time curvature, and undergoing the
same cosmological rotational speed or frequency with respect to the
SOURCE, yet, they have a difference in phase angle with respect to
one another by either ‘leading’ or lagging’ one another.
• This is akin to the example of a series of different ‘tops’ that are
released with the same spinning speed rotating about an axis of the
 same angular configuration, yet they are released one after one
another, in which case the ones released later ‘lag’ the ones released
previously by virtue of having a different phase angle when observed
at a given point in time.
• Recall that time has to do with spinning-rotation about the central
SOURCE [26].
• And, rotation-spinning is defined by an angle.
• So when you are located at an orientational angle or rotational
position occupying a space-time, you are experiencing a different
‘local time’ with respect to someone occupying the very same space
but deemed as being at a different orientational angle or rotational
position that describes a different parallel space-time.
• In this respect, when the two spinning-rotating spheres (with their
‘top’ analogy) are at a different rotational position or phase angle
with respect to the SOURCE at a given cosmological time, they
effectively epitomize two distinct space-times because they
experience different ‘local times.’
• Thus, the concept of a ‘local time’ is something that has to do with
its rotational configuration with respect to the central SOURCE at a
given point in cosmological time, or what was referred to as the
phase angle.
• More simply, you are at the same space, yet experience a different
local time that signifies you are in a different (parallel) space-time
[27-28].
• The concept is analogous to jumping from one parallel space-time
dimension to another.
• And, this is something we commonly do during dream state or daily
subconscious sojourns.
• It is akin to living multiple lives, being unconsciously
multidimensional, sequentially jumping from one parallel dimension
 [29-32] to another, each of which has a different timeline served by
a distinct program of reality [33-37].
• And, as the interval of the time between consecutive jumps is
extremely low, in fact of quantum scale (approximating Planck’s
constant of 10-43 earthly seconds), we have no recollection being
unconsciously multidimensional, living multiple lives [38-39].
• Analogous to the frequency equation that describes frequency as a
rate of change of angle with time, if we denote the phase angle by 𝜓,
one can perceive the concept of a ‘local frequency’ 𝜎 as the rate of
change of the phase angle with respect to time:

• In this respect, the concept of a local frequency describes a situation

brought about due to the perturbation introduced in the
cosmological frequency 𝜔 as a result of existence of a difference of
phase angle introduced by either lagging or leading in rotation-
spinning with respect to the SOURCE.
• The local frequency introduced as a result of a change in local time
between two parallel dimensions may also be referred to as the
‘perturbation frequency,’ which points to the fact that the two
parallel space-times have different ‘apparent frequency’ denoted by
𝜆, which is defined as:

• Where the ± sign defines whether one parallel dimension leads or

lag another in rotation.
• In particular, since at the outer edge of the Cosmos, the rate of
rotation of these space-times with respect to the SOURCE are
envisioned to be particularly low, it is reasonable to conceive of or
better distinguish between these space-times stacked upon one
another that occupy the same exact space with the same exact
curvature or frequency, but are ‘launched’ rotating one after
another to form space-times having a difference in their rotational
‘phase angles’ that may ‘lead’ or ‘lag’ one another.
• And, again, these form distinct space-time dimensions that although
have the same cosmological frequency (same rotational speed about
the central SOURCE) as also may be characterized by the same
curvature, occupying the very same exact space, yet differ in the
scheme in which ‘local time’ progresses differently in their domain
by virtue of the difference in their phase angles 𝜓.
• And, as indicated before, these are commonly referred to as ‘parallel
dimensions’ to a particular cosmological dimension (such as the 3rd).
• Also, note the terminology or ideology of a parallel space-time as a
‘dimension’ is valid, as a dimension is often distinguished from
another by virtue of the different scheme of time progression within
its domain.
• Recall that two conjugate or mirrored dimensions are considered to
be the mirrored aspect of one another and are distinct from one
another as they rotate in opposite direction to one another.
• This obviously corresponds to having a difference in phase angle of
± 1800, as once the phase angle is increased beyond 1800, or 1800,
depending on whether it is rotating counterclockwise or clockwise
about the central SOURCE, it duplicates one another.
• In this respect, the World Above becomes the World Below, and vice
versa [40].
• Thus, consistent with the ideology or definition of frequency
described by the rate of change of an angle with respect to time, we
can perceive of the concept of a local time giving rise to the a ‘local’
or ‘perturbation’ frequency, describing the ‘apparent’ frequency of
one parallel dimension with respect to another.
• Finally, note that parallel dimensions can be perceived as same exact
space-times in terms of cosmological frequency or curvature stacked
upon one another to occupy the same space, yet with the caveat
that their ‘gates of entry’ are located off angle with respect to one
another.
• In this respect, a sentient being occupying a given point in the
cosmological space-time residing within a given parallel dimension
does not ‘see’ another being occupying the same space and residing
in a different parallel space-time dimension, nor what is transpiring
in the other parallel dimension.

Soul Fragmentation and the Structure of the Nebadon Physical

Universe
• As sentient beings possessing crystalline consciousness, human
beings are endowed with a gift of full 12 DNA system within their
morphogenetic field, being a part of the 12D Grid system or the
‘Tree of Life’ structure of the physical Nebadon Universe [41-42].
• This means we possess a God consciousness Seed that emanates
from the Coherent, Crystalline, Intelligible, God Quanta of Sentient
or Consciousness Energy of the progenitor SOURCE.
• And, this God Consciousness Seed is disseminated via endowment,
being part of a larger or more potent network of God Sentient
Quanta of Energy via the advent of electromagnetic light, making us
ALL interconnected and quantumly entangled with one another
through the SOURCE.
• More specifically, we are a self-similar fractilized fragment of the
original God Consciousness Quanta that is the SOURCE.
• And as such, we are part of a system of hologram-within-hologram,
being inevitably and ultimately, offspring of the SOURCE.
• The physical Nebadon Universe, where we have incarnated in a
physical form, is comprised of 12 dimensional physical edifice
described as the 12D Grid or the Tree of Life, which is structured into
a series of 4 triads each composed of 3 individual dimensional
systems [43].
• Each dimension is comprised of a physical-ethereal system [44-45] in
the form of conjugate or mirrored dimensions, with matter-
antimatter epitomizing their fabrics of space-times.
• Additionally, there exists an additional triad comprised of another 3
dimensions that lie outside the physical space-time system, but
exists within an energetic system, which oversees the affairs of the
functional operation of the Nebadon Universe.
• This describes the realm of Founders of the Nebadon Universe, who
as higher light beings adept and highly experienced in the affairs of
Creation of other universes, represent delegates of the God-SOURCE
who co-created the Nebadon Universe.
• These light beings are referred to as the “Rishis.”
• Each triad of 3 spheres associated with 3 distinct dimensions form a
Harmonic Universe.
• The realm of Rishis constitute the 5th and the highest Harmonic
Universe residing just outside of the 12D Grid structure or the Tree
of Life within the Nebadon Universe.
• Thus, all together, the Nebadon system is comprised of 15
dimensions arranged in 5 Harmonic Universes, each composed of 3
dimensions with their own individual timelines [46-48].
• So, the 5th Harmonic Universe is comprised of dimensions 13 to 15.
• And, the highest Harmonic Universe within the 12D Grid structure of
the physical system of the Nebadon Universe is that of the 4th
Harmonic Universe composed of dimensions 10 to 12 [49].
• This is the realm of the Guardians of the physical Nebadon Universe.
• The sentient beings that thrive within the 4th Harmonic Universe
that are referred to as the “Avatars.”
• The Avatar sentient light beings are void of corporeal or physical
bodies that can free flow as spheres of light spinning about
themselves (their time axes) as spirits in waveform.
• They are composed of the thinnest form of matter that help outline
their edifice or form.
• So, they still interface with what we refer to as congealed light in the
form of matter-antimatter.
• Furthermore, they can shapeshift in any form they desire as
conventional human beings or other forms of beings.
• Note that the sphere that we currently thrive in that is called Earth is
also a sentient being.
• And, the form of the Earth that is in a noncorporeal state free
floating as a ball of light is referred to as “Aramatena.”
• The 3rd Harmonic Universe that is composed of dimensions 7 to 9 is
where our original God Seed was planted for consciousness
expansion [49].
• This epitomizes our HIGHERSELF that constitutes our highest
attainable form of physical crystalline structure in the 9th dimension
(level III) that is known to be comprised of full crystalline
consciousness [50] incarnated in a physical form that is also referred
to as “Christos Beings.”
• Furthermore, the HIGHERSELF is what is referred to as the “Monad”
or “Oversoul” [51].
• The 7th-9th dimensional of the Earth form is referred to as “Gaia.”
• The Monadic human beings were initially designed with 12D genetic
structure comprised of the best of the genes that crystalline form
can offer.
• However, they initially incarnated with only 5 strands of their DNA
already activated on the 5th dimensional form of Earth that is
referred to as “Tara” in the 2nd harmonic Universe comprised of
dimensions 4, 5 and 6 [52].
• As a result, the original God seed of humans in a monadic form were
purposefully divided into 12 parts, each being referred to as a “Soul”
[53].
• This provided the Monad or oversoul with 12 individuated Souls with
a capacity for purposeful simultaneous overall spiritual learning
within different realms of space-times in order to attain better or
optimal consciousness expansion.
• They were somewhat similar in morphogenetic form to the Indigo
human forms with 6 DNA strands already activated.
• It was envisaged that the original human lineage of Tara would
undergo the sojourns of life gaining spiritual experiential endeavors,
and eventually expand their level of consciousness by activating their
chakras-additional DNA strands, to be able to firstly ascend the 12D
scale of the universal Grid structure or the Tree of Life, to gain a
status of Monad, alternatively referred to as Oversoul, then
graduating to become Avatars.
• The first Harmonic Universe is the realm of most dense dimensions
in terms of both constitution (matter-antimatter) and quality of low
consciousness that is comprised of dimensions 1-3 [54] in which we
were plunged into by an unfortunate accident almost 550 million
years ago.
• So, human beings originally were not designed to function in duality
Earth within the First Harmonic Universe.
• As a result of a series of cataclysmic events involving certain war-like
power control seeking half bred humans who erroneously diverged
from their true mission in life and procreated with certain lower
consciousness beings dedicated to service to self, the Tara Grid
fragmented, plunging into the First Harmonic Universe.
• Thus, human beings found themselves in a state of ‘not planned’ or
‘unnatural’ soul fragmentation, with each soul dividing into 12
personalities or ‘Soul Aspects.’
• Great efforts were taken by the Guardians to rescue these human
beings from further soul fragmentation devised by negative aliens to
control humans and to be able to use their consciousness for illicit
breeding to form lowly beings as demons, etc. living in the
“underworlds.”
• So as it stands, the original God seed of humans are fragmented into
12 x 12 = 144 soul fragments referred to as different ‘personalities’
or ‘Soul Aspects,’ scattered all over the parallel dimensions, each
with a different timeline and program of reality.
