HA-MEEM GROUP (CCL)

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW OR NOT FOLLOW BY IE DEPARTMENT

Task need to do
1. ID card, dress code & shoes need to maintain properly.
2. 5-S need to maintain in working area/working desk.
3. Fundamental activities/responsibilities are needed to maintain in
regular basis.
4. Command of reporting boss must be maintained strictly.
5. Chain of command must be maintained.

Task not to do
1. Unauthorized absent should not be allowed.
2. Late punch at morning should not be allowed.
3. Unauthorized early out should not be allowed.
4. Verbal abuse/misbehavers to anybody should not be allowed.
5. Unnecessary wastage of resource/energy (Paper, Electricity, AC
and Fan) of company should not be allowed.
