Headed engineering for [Link], [Link] & BroEx. Also involved in build-
ing product for new partner sales channel of [Link] and optimizing marketing
expenditure using big-data.

Owned the entire technology stack of [Link]. Built the product - consumer facing,
internal ops, field sales agents from scratch. Involved in product ideation, system
design, and at times hands-on coding and reviews.
Also owned the dev-ops responsibilities.
Scaled up the team from 12 to 25 engineers (campus as well as lateral hiring). Hiring
was one of the key responsibilities.
