Sub: Summer Internship Project with ABFRL

We take pleasure in offering you summer internship with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited
as a part of your academic curriculum with the terms and conditions detailed hereunder. You are
placed at Delhi location with Peter England brand.
1. The internship will be for a period of 60 days from 03-04-2023 to 01-06-2023 unless
and until renewed in writing.
2. You will be eligible for a stipend of Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) per
month, which will be paid to you on 10th of every month based on your attendance, subject
to all statutory deductions governing as per the current rules/acts applicable.
3. Your work time will be 9 hours a day including a break, which will be assigned by
your manager on shift basis
4. During the period of internship, you will be responsible for operation
management, to perform all tasks such as folding, arranging, stacking, in-warding,
out-warding, assisting customers and all such activities that may be assigned to
you by the Manager.
5. You will be subject to one day off on rotational basis in a week.
6. You will conduct yourself in highly professional manner and always abide by the
rules of Company
7. During your internship, you will get access to different kinds of confidential
information about the company and by accepting this offer letter, you agree that
you will take complete care in maintaining the confidentiality of all the information
the you come across and by any means, you will not be using it for any kind of
personal benefits or reasons other than work related tasks.
8. The company may choose to terminate your internship with 15 days of notice on
either side or stipend in lieu of it at any given point due to business requirements
