for me?

worry about it. Just focus on preparing for CAT and getting good percentile.
• How many hours a day should I devote to my CAT
preparation?
Ideally 3.5 to 4 hours a day is sufficient. 2 hour for classes and 1.5 to 2 hour for self analysis.
Just make sure you are going through all the sections on regular interval and your study is

• How different is cat exam syllabus from govt exams?

exam is not even at 50% difficult compare to Cat exam. CAT is comparatively difficult
exam. In banking or government exam it is more or less speed based exam where
cat is concept based exam where you need to have in depth knowledge of topic
