MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above mentioned matter is listed before this Hon’ble Court

for today.

2. That the above said matter now been allotted to SH. NITESH

VASHISHTH as an A.R Mr. Amit Kumar has been transferred to

another department of the Plaintiff bank and he is duly authorized on

behalf of the plaintiff bank sign/file and lead the evidence. The copy

of the power of attorney in favor of MR. NITESH VASHISHTH, by

the plaintiff bank is annexed herewith.

That in facts and circumstances mentioned herein above it is therefore

most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to: -

a) pass an order to substitute the earlier , Authorized Representative of

the bank by the new MR. NITESH VASHISHTH; and


b) Pass such other/further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit

and proper in the interest of Justice.

1. That I am authorized representative in the above said matter and am thus

competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the accompanying application has been drafted under my instruction

and the contents of the same are true and correct to best of my knowledge

and as verifiable from the records of the case. Nothing material has been
