There will be 9 weeks of presentation from week 3 to week 11. For every presentation,
the group will need to elect one group member to present. The PowerPoint presentation
will need to be submitted online to the respective tutor at the beginning of each tutorial
session together with the individual marking scheme.
Every member needs to present Once during the tutorial sessions throughout the week
3 - 11 in order to complete the individual assessment (MAX 10 mins each group). Fail
to do the presentation by an individual member, the student will be awarded a zero (0)
marks.
Note: Please attached the individual assessment rubric at the Appendix IV and submit
it together with your power point in ONE pdf file to the respective tutor before every
presentation, File Name: Tutorial class no_Student Name_Student ID, (Example:
T3_Chai Zia Wi_17UKB07754).
Entrepreneurship helps you turn an idea into a viable venture. Learn how entrepreneurs
validate concepts through structured experiments, refine their business strategy, and
raise the capital necessary to create value and grow their business. You will be trained
throughout the semester to be a real entrepreneur and venture your business. To
conduct your business, you are required to prepare a Business Model Canvas,
Business Model Environment, Value Proposition Canvas for your chosen product/s.
You are required to produce the following items along with its detail once you have
completed your business model canvas:

It is expected that the content of the written assignment to reflect group’s thoughts and
analysis rather than the work of others. The assignment objective is to enable students
to gather practical information in conducting a business. The written assignment should
be 10 – 15 pages (excluding appendices). A soft copy of the report needs to be
submitted. Each group shall submit the group assignment online ([Link]) to the
respective tutor by WEEK 13 (Monday, 05th Sep, before 12 noon).
• The project should be neatly typed using Arial/Calibri of Font size 12 with 1.5
spacing on A4 size paper.
• Cover page should include name of university, faculty, program, course,
continuous assessment title, name of student and student ID number, tutorial
group number and name of lecturer, name of tutor and date of submission.
• The assignment should not exceed 15 pages.
All pages in the report should be numbered except for the cover page. A copy of the
marking scheme (Appendix II) must be attached immediately after the cover page of
the assignment.
* Please note that the above-mentioned assessment and marks allocation are subject
to change by the lecturer, without prior notice and assigning any reasons therefore.
Any assessment item required by the Continuous Assessment which is submitted after
the due date, without an approved extension, will be penalized. A penalty of 10%
reduction of the maximum mark applicable to the assessment item(s) will be levied for
each day of late submission. Weekends and Public Holidays are counted as one (1) day
late. Assessment item(s) submitted more than seven (7) days after the due date will be
awarded a zero (0) mark.
